What Would Be Your Top Charter Amendment?

Here is an open thread where you can comment on what you think is the most important amendment that should come out of the Charter Review Commission deliberations.

Meeting January 12, 2015, 7:00 PM (Monday)

The first meeting of the Whatcom County Charter Review Commission will be held Monday, January 12 at 7:00 pm at the Civic Center Garden Room, 322 N. Commercial St., Bellingham (across from the library).

Commissioners will get organized, elect officers, and decide when future meetings will be held. This will be an informative meeting for we citizens to get familiar with the commissioners and the general meeting format.

This is the official website for the Whatcom County Charter Review Task Force, a group of citizens interested in the meetings and proceedings of the Whatcom County Charter Review Commission.

This is where we will post news and information about the times and locations of Charter Review Commission meetings, and afterward, the highlights and audio from the meetings.

The Index, to the right, will list Meeting Schedule, Proceedings, News, Discussion, and possibly other items, as needed. The most recent items will be at the top. The Blog Archive will help you locate items by date.
